Spring Conference information and costs will be posted on the New York State HOSA website in early December. There is a mandatory conference registration fee and a separate hotel/food fee for all attendees (student members, advisors, chaperones, guests). All transportations costs to/from the conference are the responsibility of each school.
Membership dues must be paid by January 31st in order to register for the Spring Conference and competitions. HOSA members are responsible for knowing all the requirements of the competitive event(s) they enter.  Guidelines for all competitive events can be found at www.hosa.org/guidelines
HOSA members can enter multiple online-only competitive events, which will be conducted during a two week period prior to the Spring Conference. All online competitive events must be completed at the member’s school, with a HOSA registered proctor, during a scheduled time period.
Competitive events that have an online and hands-on component or a presentation component, must complete the online component at the member’s school prior to the conference and attend the conference, in-person, to participate in the hands-on/ presentation component. Members can only enter two hands-on/presentation competitive events. Once the registration period closes, the Competitive Events Chair will contact members of any competitions that have been canceled due to an insufficient number of entries. All events must have at least three competitors from two different chapters. These members will be given one week to select a new competition.

International Conference information is posted on the www.hosa.org website. All paid HOSA members are eligible to attend the conference, but only members that have placed in the top 3 at the state-level competitions are eligible to compete in one of their winning competitive events at the conference.
