To start a HOSA Chapter at your school:
1) Contact the NY State Advisor at [email protected] to see if your school already has a chapter number and password.
2) You need to have an advisor - a staff member at your school.
3) You need to follow your schools rules for having an extracurricular activity or student organization.
4) Complete the Google Form below:
