What: Fall Leadership Conference focuses on leadership development and will also introduce the competitive events for our Spring Leadership Conference. This is a great opportunity for your students to meet and interact with HOSA members from across the state.
Where: Hilton Garden Inn Albany Medical Center

When: Conference starts on November 16, 2023 at noon and ends November 17 at noon
Registration deadline: October 21, 2023
What advisors need to do:
- Register each student, advisor, chaperone and attendee who will be attending the conference through your chapter login on www.hosa.org. (Students must be registered HOSA members to register for the conference.) Students will be registered for the NY Achievement Test at that time.
- Book your hotel rooms for your group directly through the hotel using the following contact information and group code. Have your room assignments ready and contact:

Pricing:
Hotel room (2 double beds) $114 per night.
Up to 4 people may stay in each room.

Registration Fee per attendee: $165
(includes NYS HOSA registration $40, materials that will be needed for all attendees, and lunch and dinner Thursday, breakfast and to-go lunch on Friday)
Everyone attending the conference must pay the registration fee and complete the Consent and Code of Conduct AND Medical Release Forms. This includes advisors and chaperones. At registration select the To-Go lunch option for each attendee. Any special dietary restrictions may be entered on the registration form.
