Hello everyone! It is such a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Flora Shi and it's an honor to serve as your New York State Secretary this 2024 - 2025 term. I attend Thomas A. Edison CTE High School and will be graduating June 2025. With my interest in nursing, I aspire to become a nurse practitioner. The officers and I have worked hard to make this year an enjoyable experience for you all. If you have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to ask me or any of the officers and we will be glad to help you. Thank you!

Duties of the Secretary

It shall be the duty of the Secretary:

• to record the proceedings of all general and Student Executive Council meetings of this Association
• to compile the minutes and other records and reports
• to file such minutes, records, and reports promptly to the State Advisor
• to call the rolls of chapters, delegates, or members at all Association meetings
• to serve the Association in any capacity as directed by the President.​​
