PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - There are several steps in the application process to become a NYS HOSA Officer
You need to:

• Read Need to know HOSA State Officer document 
• Complete the Online Application
• Have an Adult Complete a Character Reference (This CAN NOT be your HOSA ADVISOR)
• Have your Advisor Complete the HOSA Advisor Support Form (print, sign, and email)
• Have your Principal/Administrator Complete Administration Support Form  (print, sign, and email) ​
• Have your Parent/Guardian Complete Parent Support Form  (print, sign, and email) ​
  

PLEASE KNOW: By applying for a position as a State Officer you are committing to attend meetings that will require travel - Leadership Training in August, Fall Conference Planning in October, Fall Leadership Conference in November, Spring Conference Planning in January, and Spring Leadership Conference in March
