- Read Need to know HOSA State Officer Document
- Complete the Online Application
- Have an Adult Complete a Character Reference (This CANNOT be your HOSA ADVISOR)
- Have your Advisor Complete the HOSA Advisor Support Form (print, sign, and email)
- Have your Principal/Administrator Complete Administration Support Form (print, sign, and email)
- Have your Parent/Guardian Complete Parent Support Form (print, sign, and email)
- Attend the New York HOSA Spring Leadership Conference in person.
PLEASE KNOW: By applying for a position as a State Officer you are committing to attend meetings that will require travel to:
- Leadership Training in August
- Fall Conference Planning in October
- Fall Leadership Conference in November
- Spring Conference Planning in January
- Spring Leadership Conference in March/April
- State Officer Candidates must attend in-person at the Spring Leadership Conference and House of Delegates Meeting to be considered by the membership for election as a NY HOSA State Officer.
