​Spring Leadership Conference 2024
March 19-21, 2024
Double Tree by Hilton in Syracuse, NY

Requirements:
If your chapter lives under 15 miles away or less you may attend for the day only.  In that case you must pay for lunch in your online registration for the conference along with the registration fee.  If you chose to stay at the hotel please follow the hotel requirements in the information below.
If your chapter lives over 15 miles from the Hotel where the competitive events are being held, you must stay at the designated hotel and meals are included with the room rates.
​March 19 Schedule (Times subject to change)
  • Conference ​Registration: 3:00pm to 5:00pm (Hotel check-in begins after 4:00pm. There are no food/activities or places to go nearby prior to dinner, please do not arrive earlier than 3:00pm.
  • Opening Session:  5:30pm (HOSA Uniform or Business Attire)
  • Competitive Events, Courtesy Corp, Advisor Orientation:  6:00pm 
  • Dinner: 7:00pm ​(HOSA Uniform or Business Attire)
  • House of Delegates: 9:00pm  (HOSA Uniform or Business Attire)
  • Curfew:  11:00pm
March 20 Schedule (Times subject to change)​
  • Breakfast:  7:00am
  • Morning Competitive Events:  8:00am
  • Lunch:  12:00pm
  • Afternoon Competitive Events:  1:00pm
  • ​Keynote Speaker:  4:30pm
  • Dinner: 7:00pm
  • Entertainment: 8:30pm
  • Curfew:  11:00pm
March 21 Schedule (Times subject to change):
  • Breakfast: 7:30am
  • Check Out:  9:00am (bring bags down to Grand Ballroom)
  • New State Officer Installation:  9:15am
  • Awards Ceremony 
  • Lunch:  11:00am
